Before you book...

  • Design appointments are up to 90 minutes long to allow for design and printing.
  • The $18.00 deposit covers the first 30 minutes of design.
  • If your project takes less time, we will only charge your for the time actually spent designing.
  • If you project takes more time, it will cost $6 for every additional ten minutes.

Resheduling or Canceling?

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel you will need to call us at 801-756-6528 in order to receive a refund.

If we are unable to finish your project?

You can either book another in-person appointment for another day, or we can finish the project by communicating via email.

May I choose which Printologist to work with?

We have several talented designers that will rotate shifts in our design station. Due to illness or other scheduling conflicts, the Printologist working in the design station may change without notice. It is possible that specific designers may not be available at the time of your appointment.
