Two Types of Design Services

In-Person Service
Book In-Person AppointmentWhen you choose the in-person design service, we'll reserve a time slot just for you to come in and spend time with one of our Printologist designers!
You can choose between one 30 minute time slot or one 60 minute time slot per day.
PREPARE
Before you book your appointment, be prepared to provide as much of the following detail as possible:
Description of your project
Finished Size
Wording ready to copy and paste
Preferred Fonts, Colors and Design Software (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator etc)
Logo and/or files ready for uploading
Inspiration images ready for uploading
The more you prepare ahead of time, the more of your appointment time we can spend on designing, instead of collecting that information after you arrive!
We have several talented designers that will rotate shifts in our design station. Due to illness or other scheduling conflicts, the Printologist working in the design station may change without notice. It is possible that specific designers may not be available at the time of your appointment. -
Over Email Service
Book Over Email AppointmentChoose the over email design service and we'll work on your design project through email by sending you proofs created with your design instruction.
Please allow 1-2 business days turnaround for an initial proof of your design request to be emailed to you.

Question
What if I don't use the full time I booked for?
No worries! We will only charge for the time actually spent designing.
Question
What if my design project isn't finished within the alloted appointment time?
OPTION 1
We can work on your design during our work hours, and email you a proof when the design is ready for you to approve. This will usually be in 1-2 business days. At that time, you can request additional changes or corrections, and we will send out a new proof that same day, if possible, depending on when we receive your reply, and the hours scheduled for design that day. We can repeat this process until the file is how you would like it, and you are ready to print.
OPTION 2
You can schedule another appointment to come back in and work on it in person at a convenient time for you. If you choose this option, you may need to work with a different designer during any additional appointments. Due to illness and scheduled time off, we cannot guarantee which designers will be available during design times for any specific day.
OPTION 3
We can email you the editable file as is, and you can continue to work on it at home.

Can I request to work with a specific designer?
We have so many talented designers that will rotate shifts in our design station. Even if a specific designer is listed on the schedule when you sign up, due to illness or other scheduling conflicts, the Printologist working in the design station that day may change without notice.
