Refund policy
Because of the customizable nature of printing most items are not eligible for return or refund. If a problem occurred due to equipment or employee error we are happy to make an in-person exchange for correct items. In addition, design appointment deposits can only be returned if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.Â
