What to do if you do not receive an order confirmation email
If you have not received a confirmation after sending your online order, proceed with the following options:
- First, check your Spam box in your email
- Call us at 801-756-6528 to see if we have received your order
- Once you have tried everything else, send us an email to orders@printologyprinting.com and let us know you tried sending in an order through our website. Attach your file(s). Make sure to answer all of the questions we have on the online order form to make sure we can complete your order correctly and efficiently.
